The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania permits notaries public to charge the fees shown below for the following notarial acts:
Acknowledgments
A declaration by an individual that the individual has signed a record for the purpose stated in the record. Fee applies to the first individual named in the acknowledgment certificate.
Additional Acknowledgments
Fee for each additional individual named in the same acknowledgment certificate.
Oaths & Affirmations
A public declaration that a person making the declaration will keep a promise or perform a duty faithfully. Price is per individual taking oath or affirmation.
Verification on Oath or Affirmation
A verification on oath or affirmation is a voluntary, written sworn statement signed by an individual in the presence of a notary. Price is per individual making the declaration.
Witnessing or Attesting Signatures
The notarial certificate states that the notary was present and witnessed the individual sign. Price is per signature.
Certifying or Attesting Copies or Depositions
A copy of a record or reproduction of a deposition transcript with a notary's certification that the reproduction is a complete and accurate copy of the original. Price is per certified copy.
Certain federal, state, and county records cannot be copy-certified by a Pennsylvania notary.
Noting Protests of Negotiable Instruments
A notary's written statement that, upon presentment, a negotiable instrument, like a check, money order, or traveler's check, was neither paid nor accepted. Price is per page.
Loan Signings

Our Standard Loan Signing service provides professional notary assistance for signing and notarizing real estate loan documents. Pricing reflects standard appointments within our service area. Extended travel, unusually large packages, additional signers, special printing requirements, or other nonstandard requests may result in an additional fee disclosed before the appointment.

Refinance Signings

I-9 Verification
Convenient in-person document examination for remote employees. When designated by the employer, we serve as an authorized representative to examine acceptable documents and complete the employer-designated portion of Form I-9.
I-9 verification is not a notarial act.
Fingerprinting Service
Fingerprinting service using standard FD-258 fingerprint cards for licensing, employment, background checks, or personal use.
Clients are responsible for confirming their requesting agency accepts ink fingerprint cards.
Extra Fingerprint Cards (each)
Add-on for clients who need multiple fingerprint cards completed during one session.
Hospital Notary
Professional mobile notary service for patients, residents, and families at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, and assisted-living communities.

Extended Travel - Custom Quote
Appointments more than 25 miles from King of Prussia, PA 19406 may incur an additional travel fee based on distance and travel time. Any applicable travel charge will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
